Stock items: Orders placed via the webshop is delivered within 4-6 work days in Sweden and 10-15 work days in the rest of Europe.
Clothes and printed goods: Orders placed via the webshop is delivered within 4-15 work days in Sweden and 15-20 work days in the rest of Europe.
Private customers have the right to regret their purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods. In case the goods are used and no longer in an unaltered condition, a 15-80% deduction of the refund can be made. If the goods has lost its intended function due to misuse, no refund will be made. To receive a full refund the goods must be able to be sold as new and the product and its original packaging must be returned in an essentially unchanged condition.
If the customer wants to return their purchase they must e-mail customer services at email@example.com. The cost for the return shipping is payed by the customer. The customer is responsible for the goods during the return shipping. If the goods are lost or damaged during shipping the customer is responsible and the Arcona webshop have the right to refuse a refund. In case of a refund the money will be returned within 14 days from the day the Arcona webshop received the message. The consumer can however have to wait until the goods have been returned or proof of the return shipment has been provided. In case of questions the customer can contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Business customers have no right to regret their purchase.
When a product is customized for a particular customer, no right of exchange, open purchase or right to regret applies.
If a product is damaged during transport the customer should contact the Arcona webshop as soon as the damage has been discovered.
The Arcona webshop commits to follow the Swedish “Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens” recommendations.
Shipping is charged per shipment.
All orders are shipped with DHL.
On orders outside of the EU, VAT and customs duties will apply.
VAT and customs duties will be charged on orders over 800 USD (incl. shipping).
CLAIMS ON FAULTY ITEMS
It is recommended that the customer controls the goods at delivery to verify that its correct and faultless. To submit a claim on a faulty item the customer shall contact the Arcona webshop customer services on email@example.com and state the order number and reason for their claim. Thereafter an agreement is reached on how to handle the return and compensation. If the claim is approved, the Arcona webshop will pay for shipping. The customer has 3 years right to claim.
EXHANGE OF GOODS
If a purchased products size doesn’t fit the customer can exchange it for the same product in a different size if its available in the Arcona webshop stock. To make an exchange the customer shall contact the Arcona webshop customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org and state the order number, product and what size they want to exchange to. Thereafter an agreement is reached on how to handle the return and compensation. Shipping costs will be added.
In order for an exchange to be made, the product may not be used by the customer more than to try the size. The product shall be returned in its original packaging.
